  • Thunder Valley Raceway Park 10500 48th St Lexington, Oklahoma 73051 United States (map)

November Cruise: Thunder Valley Raceway Park on Sunday, November 21, 2021.

We are starting in Chandler, Oklahoma and will end at Thunder Valley Raceway Park in Noble, Oklahoma. The landmark this time will be the bridge South of Wannette. You MUST take a picture with your ride at the bridge. This is to prove that everyone takes the same route. We will post the exact route in the days to come. Tag your buddies as well as your rivals! Let’s grow this into Oklahoma’s premier racing event that everyone wants to come to! This is a one day only drag week style event that you don’t want to miss!! November air should be killer!

ENTRANCE COST TO THUNDER VALLEY:

$10 per head at the gate, this is for spectators, racers and crew as well. This is to cover track rental, prep, etc.. Children ages 8 and under are free.

Nick and the guys at Thunder Valley have made us a great deal on the track rental, so lets show our local track some love and support! Concession will also be open.

NOVEMBER KING OF THE OPEN ROAD SIGN UP:

PayPal Info: Jareds_3000gt@hotmail.com DON’T FORGET, PLEASE SELECT FRIENDS AND FAMILY

If you are new to the Cruis’n Oklahoma family, this is a one day only drag “week”. Its a blast to get out on the open road and drive these cars we all spend so much time and money on with like minded people.

As always, we will have a ton of media covering the event, so its a great opportunity to get some pictures of your car in action. If you are interested in doing a photo shoot of your car, please reach our to our amazing photographer, Richard Burns, and get something set up. You won’t be disappointed!

All cars competing must make the cruise. Just like last time, we will have landmarks to stop and take a picture with to verify you took the same route as everyone else. Trailers are allowed from the vehicle. Your buddy can follow you with your truck and trailer in case something happens. We aren’t going to make the rules super tight. It’s about having fun and enjoying the spirit of the open road. Expect a shorter cruise than the last KOTOR so we can race more. The cruise will still be 70-100 miles.

CLASSES: 8 car minimum per class

HARD TIRE: Any car with a 280 tread wear tire or higher. AWD allowed. 64 maximum racers. No full blown chasis cars with a 25.3 cage on a hard tire. You know what this class is about, it’s about daily drivable cars that like to get down! 1/4 Race

SOFT TIRE: 28” tire and smaller. AWD is allowed. No Methanol/Nitro allowed. Ethanol race gas is fine. This will be a fast class!! 32 maximum racers. 1/8 Mile Race.

KOTOR: Must have made two prior cruises. 28” tire and smaller on a 15” wheel. 315 drag radial is allowed on 17” larger wheels for the viper and corvette guys/gals. 32 maximum racers. 1/4 mile race this time. KOTOR is the crown jewel class. This means you actually are driving your badass street car during the year. This class will have the cash payout the same as last time as well as sponsored prizes just like last time as well.

NEW CLASSES:

H PATTERN: Open to any H pattern shifted car with synchro’s. Any combo will be allowed in this class. 1/4 Mile Race. 16 maximum cars.

Old School: This class is open to any vehicle older than 1985 that is equipped with an engine that came with the vehicle. For example, a 1968 mustang that came with a 289, but has a 429 swap. That is fine, but a coyote engine is not. No power adders unless car came from the factory with one. Slicks are fine and drag radials are fine. This should be a fun class for the old hot rods. If you have any questions, please ask. 1/8 Mile Race. 32 maximum cars.

REMINDER:
